Valery and Crew have delivered the first version of the KML feed of geotagged data from pictearth.ning.com ... your geotagged vids and photos in Google Earth.

YouTube/Google Video GeoTag HOWTO

In order to link and geotag an existing YouTube or Google Video. The following steps are necessary. Notice the portions highlighted in red.

1) Select the Embed Code from the Existing YouTube Video and Copy it to the Clipboard.

2) Go to the Add Video Page on PictEarth Select the YouTube Google Video Link

I went ahead and set up a Pict'Earth YouTube group to collect aerial videos, and I must say I am amazed at how many there are (stopped adding after 113).
